Employment Status:Full Time- 8am-5pm

Compensation Type:Hourly: $12-14hr-Non-Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY:


We are looking for a Customer Success Trainer (Online) !

The Customer Success Trainer (Online) will be a client facing role. This person must have the ability to engage clients in a positive and professional manner through training sessions. The person holding this position must be willing to work in a team environment and have strong communication skills with clients and fellow employees.



Requirements

About the Position:


* Managing and leading clients that are new and existing accounts to Circlepix through the training process.

* Proactively reaching out to clients by calling to schedule training sessions to meet launch deadlines

* Calling and providing continued education to existing clients.



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


* Facilitate new client training sessions.

* Facilitate existing client training sessions.



Daily Requirements:


* Proven customer support experience

* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
